Mobile Field Operation Application

Turk Telekom Group provides integrated telecommunication services for PSTN, GSM and broadband internet. Turk Telekom, which has a country-wide telecommunication infrastructure, uses IBM Maximo as its enterprise asset management system.

Since the use of mobile application is very important in large-scale field operations, the Armada Mobile application, which is integrated with the IBM Maximo product, was developed within the scope of the project initiated by Turk Telekom.

With the mobile field operation application, it is ensured that field technicians are informed about the tasks to be completed with work orders, and assets and field maintenance are effectively managed.

Thanks to the offline feature of the application, field technicians can work online and offline. When the employee is online, the application connects to the server and the data is synchronized in real time. Even if the application is disconnected from the server when the employee is offline, it can continue to work with the secure data set stored on the device. The data is synchronized when the connection is restored.
